Uptown Shopping Centre is an 875,000 sf world class, mixed-use developement, located in Saanich BC, setting new standards in sustainable development.

 

While at CAA John worked on the Conceptual Design, Design Development, Developement Permit, Public Information Meetings, Building Permit and Tenant Coordination.  CAA, Architect for the project, worked hand in hand with Morguard Developments and an extensive consultant team including DesignCorp International.
